This website provides conference information and collects registrations. This notice explains what we collect and the services we use.
Browsing the website.
Pages and assets are served by the website’s hosting provider. Hosting services may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details. This build does not add advertising trackers or a newsletter subscription database.
Inquiry forms.
When you submit an inquiry, exhibitor or registration form, FormSubmit emails the information you provide to the DEC inbox so the team can respond. Exhibitor bookings continue in a WhatsApp chat with the DEC team, and registrants are invited to join the DEC WhatsApp channel. WhatsApp reminders and updates are sent only if you tick the consent box, and you can ask to stop at any time.
External services.
Links to ticketing, hotels, social media and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Review their information before submitting personal details or making a payment.
