Dr. Tamitra Clark
Author, Grief and Loss Support Educator and Certified Chaplain
Tamitra Clark is a passionate speaker, author, Grief and Loss Support Educator, Certified Chaplain, and community advocate committed to helping people navigate grief, healing, and personal growth. Born and raised in Altadena, California, she earned her Psy.D. in Multicultural Clinical Community Psychology from Alliant International University.
Through coaching, education, and community engagement, Tamitra equips individuals, families, organizations, agencies, and faith-based communities with practical tools to process loss and live with greater intention and purpose. She is the author of When Numb Is Not Enough and Words That Heal: Language for Transformation and Growth.
Her work is guided by the message: Embrace the Pain. Honor the Loss. Live Intentionally. Above all, Tamitra is a proud mother who values family, faith, self-care, joy, and serving others.
